Judicial auctions by region

The table divides the active judicial auctions by region, showing the number of auctions, the median starting price and the number of courts: from each region you can reach provinces, courts and municipalities.

Regions with the most auctions are not necessarily the most populous: the number also depends on how long proceedings take and how many auctions end with no bids (aste deserte). For comparisons over time and the definitions behind the figures, see the judicial auction observatory. Go to the statistics

Frequently asked questions

Can judicial auctions for all regions be searched in one place?
Yes: all judicial sales are listed on the Public Sales Portal (Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche), and on ImmobilScan you can search them for free by region, province and municipality.
Do the figures include notarial auctions?
No: the statistics use only judicial auctions from the Public Sales Portal. Notary sales and public asset sales (dismissioni notarili) appear in search results but are not counted.
