Judicial property auction observatory
Data from the Public Sales Portal (Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche) processed by ImmobilScan · CC BY 4.0 license

How the data is calculated
We use only judicial auctions from the Public Sales Portal (Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche). An auction is active if it has a future sale date; “new” means published in the last 30 days; the municipality is that of the property. Listings are updated four times a day, and the statistics are recalculated every night. The award price (prezzo di aggiudicazione) is not systematically published, so we do not publish estimates of “how much you save.”
