Necessary Cookies

Session and authentication cookies (Keycloak / NextAuth) are essential to access the members' area and do not require separate consent for analytics tools.

Analytics Cookies

By default, if you continue browsing without explicitly rejecting them, we use:

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated statistics on pages visited and events (e.g., access request, valuation start), without sending email addresses in events.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and anonymous session recordings or, if you are signed in, recordings associated with your Keycloak identifier, display name, and application role (we do not send your email address to Clarity).

You can disable these tools at any time by selecting "Necessary cookies only" in the banner; in that case, analytics scripts are not loaded.

Legal Basis and Retention

Consent for analytics can be freely withdrawn by deleting the site's cookies or contacting us. Data collected by providers is retained according to Google's and Microsoft's policies; to exercise GDPR rights (access, erasure, objection), write to the contact above.

Access Request

Data submitted through the "Request access" form is processed to manage your application for an invitation, independently of analytics cookies.
