Bid deadlines and sale methods at the Tribunale di Torino
A bid must be submitted by the deadline set in the notice of sale (avviso di vendita) of each sale, which falls before the auction date: after the deadline it is no longer possible to bid. The site visit, reading the appraisal report (perizia) and posting the bid deposit (cauzione) take days, so it is best to work back from the deadline, not from the sale date.
At the Tribunale di Torino the most common sale mode is asynchronous online sales (239 of 279 auctions, 86%): bids and bid increments are made online during an auction that lasts the number of days set in the notice of sale.
Court district and jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Torino
In real-estate enforcement proceedings the competent court (tribunale) is the court of the place where the property is located; in insolvency proceedings it is the court handling the proceeding, and the property may be located elsewhere. The Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche does not publish a list of the municipalities in the court district (circondario): the municipalities listed here are those where the properties of the active auctions are located.
The municipality with the most properties at auction is Torino (86); it is followed by Nichelino (25), Moncalieri (17), Rivoli (9), Vinovo (9), Mondovì (7), Rivalta di Torino (6), Sant'Antonino di Susa (6), Carmagnola (5), Caselette (5).
Of the 279 active auctions, 102 (37%) come from insolvency proceedings, such as bankruptcies and judicial liquidations: for these the notice of sale sets the minimum bid, which often equals the starting price, while in real-estate enforcement proceedings one can bid up to a quarter below the starting price (art. 571 c.p.c.).

How to bid in auctions at Tribunale di Torino
You do not need a lawyer to bid: the offer is filled in on the Ministry's form, digitally signed and sent by certified email (PEC). If the notice of sale provides for a mixed sale, you can also deposit it in a sealed envelope with the sale delegate. A lawyer is needed only to bid through a proxy (procuratore) or to bid for a person to be named later (persona da nominare) (articles 571 and 579 c.p.c.). In real-estate enforcement proceedings you need a bid deposit of at least 10% of the price offered and an offer no lower than the starting price minus a quarter; in insolvency proceedings the notice of sale applies. Each proceeding has its own notice of sale, with the contacts of the sale delegate and the custodian: for auctions at Tribunale di Torino, the notice of sale of each auction is what counts.

- As of October 29, 2026, the Tribunale di Torino has 279 active judicial auctions, of which 128 with a sale in the next 30 days. The number changes every day: a new auction appears in the ImmobilScan search usually the same day, and at the latest the morning after its publication on the Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche. The figures on this page are recalculated every night.
- When are the next auctions at the Tribunale di Torino?
- The next sale on the calendar is set for October 30, 2026. The calendar on this page lists the sales day by day, with the bid deadline for each, and is updated every day with data from the Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche. The date and time that count are those in the notice of sale.
- Until when must a bid be submitted for an auction at the Tribunale di Torino?
- By the deadline set in the notice of sale, which falls before the auction date: after the deadline a bid is no longer accepted. An online bid is filled in on the Ministry form, digitally signed and sent by certified email (PEC); a sealed-envelope bid (in busta) can be deposited only if the notice allows it.
- Where are the official notices of the auctions at the Tribunale di Torino?
- On the Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche of the Ministry of Justice, where every sale must be published. For properties, the notice of sale, the court order (ordinanza) and the appraisal report must also be published on internet sites listed by the Ministry, at least 45 days before the bid deadline (art. 490 c.p.c.). Each ImmobilScan listing links to the official notice.
- Are the auctions at the Tribunale di Torino held online?
- At the Tribunale di Torino the most common sale mode is asynchronous online sales (239 of 279 auctions, 86%): bids and bid increments are made online during an auction that lasts the number of days set in the notice of sale. The sale method of each auction is written in the notice, together with the operator of the online sale (gestore della vendita telematica).
- How do you visit a property at auction at the Tribunale di Torino?
- Viewing is requested from the court-appointed custodian (custode giudiziario) named in the notice, also from the notice page on the Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche when online booking is active. It is best to ask as soon as the auction interests you: days pass between the request and the visit, and the bid deadline falls before the sale.
